Intern Master Schedule

Intern Master Alignment meeting
Friday, January 12
7:15 am – 7:00 pm

• Intern Check-in (registration) begins at 7:15 am.

• The Alignment meeting immediately follows Check-in and goes until 7:00 pm or so. We will be exploring, drilling exercises, and preparing for the course.

7:00 am – 7:30 pm

Intern Meeting 7:00 am – 9:00 am 
Class Hours 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
Lunch for Masters 12:30 – 1:30 pm 
Brief meeting after course hours at 7:00 pm

Masters are expected to be present until the end of the course, on the second Sunday around 7:00 pm. Some students need more time to finish, so it may be best to plan for this possibility.

For yourself, please bring the following:


For each student bring one additional copy of each*:

  • Section 2 materials 
  • Section 3 materials 
  • Pocket folder for each student, to hold checklists and student debriefs.  
  • ReSurfacing Checklist
  • Section 2 Checklist 
  • Section 3 Checklist
  • Limitations worksheet
  • Identity Handle worksheet

Receive full tuition payment from your student prior to course start.

For individual country tuitions, consult your country Trainer or your Qualified Master.

Complete your Internship fee payment prior to arrival.


What Students prepare

1. Buy Books

Students can get all 4 books in the Power Up Plus pack or purchase individually.

Books will also be available to purchase on site.

2. Complete Exercise 1: Personality Profile, in ReSurfacing before the course.

3. Read Living Deliberately and The Avatar Path 1: The Way We Came
• If students cannot finish both, have them read what they can.

4. Pay full tuition prior to the course.

*About the Materials:

• You can make your own Section 2 & 3 copies from your licensed set. Or you can order bound, printed Section 2 & 3 materials from Star’s Edge. Your order will be delivered at the course. Note, you will still need to bring copies of the checklists and the worksheets. 

• Checklists and worksheets are included in your licensed set of Avatar Materials. You can also find them at: avatarmastersresource.comResources → Downloads → Administration Forms.

The deadline to order is December 29, 2023.

Roommate & Change Request

Use the Change Request form to let us know of any of the following:
•Roommate’s name
•Change of roommate
•Change of arrival/departure dates (to avoid hotel fees)
•Request a roommate.

The Change Request Form is also for students to use after their registration. It is the best way to communicate with the team that arranges hotel reservations and roommates.
